Diablo 4

Will Diablo 4 end up on Nintendo Switch? That’s a question worth talking about today as a new rating has surfaced.

The Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred rating comes as part of a leak from the Indonesia Game Rating System. There are a couple of interesting things here. First, the rating is for Nintendo Switch and not Switch 2. Second, it’s attached to the DLC rather than the main game.

Although there haven’t been any announcements, Blizzard is leaving the door open to Diablo 4 on Nintendo Switch 2.

Rod Fergusson, who is overseeing the franchise, has said that porting it over is “something to look at”. It seems that the hardware itself is not the issue – rather, it’s about ensuring that the system 2 can fully support live services.

Diablo 4 Nintendo Switch 2

Another previously-released game is speculated for Nintendo Switch 2, and this time it’s been said that Diablo 4 will be making its way over.

eXputer writer eXtas1s made that claim during a new video (which you can watch here). Noting that he has an “exclusive or scoop”, he said that Diablo 4 is already in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and a 2025 launch could even be in the cards. eXtas1s has some level of reliability having previously leaked Game Pass games before they were announced.
