Hamster has confirmed the next Console Archives release on Nintendo Switch 2, which is Ninja Gaiden 3: The Ancient Ship of Doom. This one drops tomorrow, April 23.

Ninja Gaiden 3: The Ancient Ship of Doom originally appeared in 991. The side-scrolling action game has players uncovering the truth about the murder of Irene.

Entalto Publishing, along with Forgotten Bastions, today unveiled Fear Tall Grass for Nintendo Switch. A release window was not provided.

Fear Tall Grass is a dark fantasy roguelite monster battler. We’re told that the project blends strategic planning and creature-based combat and progression.

Today, Nintendo shared the news that it will release new amiibo for Splatoon Raiders. They’re launching alongside the game on July 23, 2026.

Three figures are currently planned. Shiver, Big Man, and Frye will be getting amiibo with new designs. Details about in-game functionality will be shared later. Note that they will be sold in a single set in Europe whereas North America they will be available individually.

The release date for Splatoon Raiders has just come through. As revealed through the Nintendo Today app, the game launches on July 23, 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2. It will cost $50 digitally and $60 physically.

It’s been close to a year since Splatoon Raiders was first revealed. Nintendo pulled back the curtain on the project last June, but we hadn’t heard anything since. Now it’s known that we’re just three months out from the launch.
