List of all Nintendo Switch demos
Posted on 4 hours ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Guides, Switch | 0 comments
Thousands of games are currently available on Nintendo Switch, and there are a ton of demos out there for many of them. Not just Nintendo, but also third-parties are offering demos. We’ve now put together a comprehensive list of what’s out there.
Since our reader base is English-speaking, that’s what we’re focusing on here. In other words, we’re highlighting Switch demos that you can find in North America and Europe. Japan has a few extra demos on its end, but a majority of them are for titles that are not currently being sold in the west and are only playable in Japanese.
These Nintendo games didn’t get DLC, but could have
Posted on 11 hours ago by Ethan Gnau in Features, Switch, Switch 2 | 0 comments
These days, a big majority of games get DLC in some form, whether it’s free or (more often) paid. But with that being said, not every major Nintendo game has its own substantial expansion – some big-name titles that you would expect to have additional content don’t really have any to speak of at all. So today, we’re going over some of Nintendo’s biggest games that never got DLC, and including ideas for what said DLC could have added or changed to each title.
5 things we want to see from a new Star Fox game
Posted on 12 hours ago by Ethan Gnau in Features, Switch 2 | 0 comments
With rumors of a new Star Fox game coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in a matter of months, we’re talking about what we’d like to see.
Advance the canon. That’s about it! In all seriousness, the Star Fox series has been lying dormant for over ten years now. There hasn’t been an all-new Star Fox title since Star Fox Zero on Wii U, but it wasn’t received very well – and, perhaps more frustratingly, it was yet another retelling of the original Star Fox. To that end, the franchise’s biggest problem has been revealed: it keeps telling the same story. The original Star Fox sees the team taking on Andross for the first time. Star Fox 64 also sees the team taking on Andross for the first time, and then Star Fox Zero sees them in the exact same situation. The canon has been at a standstill for twenty years, since Star Fox Command on Nintendo DS. That’s a very, very long time for a series to tell no new stories. We’ll talk about this in more detail soon, but for now, here are some things we’d love to see from a new Star Fox game.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park review

System: Switch 2
Release date: March 26, 2026
Developer: Nintendo
Publisher: Nintendo
When Super Mario Bros. Wonder landed on the original Nintendo Switch back in 2023, it managed to breathe new life into Mario’s side-scrolling adventures. The game’s exuberant personality – manifested through relentlessly creative stages, impressively expressive animations, and plenty of surprises along the way – led me to write a glowingly positive review, and everything I said at the time remains true today. It’s a singular experience both in the genre, and for Mario, but if you somehow haven’t played it yet… well, your patience may have paid off. With the release of the game’s Switch 2 version, elegantly titled Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, the title receives some new single-player and multiplayer content, optimizations for Nintendo’s latest console, and a smattering of quality-of-life features.

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream FAQ details 70 Mii limit, Nintendo Switch 2 improvements, and more
Posted on 4 days ago by Cris-(chito) in News, Switch | 0 comments
A Japanese FAQ page for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream has been released on the Nintendo website, answering a couple of questions many fans have had about the title since the reveal of the game and launch of the demo. The title is set to release on April 16, 2026 for the Nintendo Switch, with a free demo out on the eShop.
A few fans were able to datamine the demo of the game and find that islands would be limited to 70 Miis. Nintendo has now officially confirmed that this is true in this FAQ. They have also revealed that the title will not support the Nintendo Switch 2’s newly added handheld mode boost function; instead, the title will simply run at a 1080p resolution undocked on the Nintendo Switch 2. There is no mention regarding to whether there will be any sort of boost while running on a docked Nintendo Switch 2, but they have made it clear that mouse mode is not supported. Another couple of interesting tidbits is that married couples are able to have babies regardless of their gender, and that Nintendo actually condones sharing posts about the game on social media, despite the heavy screenshot and clip sharing restrictions placed on the game.
