Rune Dice

We’ve heard from Kwalee and Smart Raven Studio that consoles versions of Rune Dice are in the works, and a Nintendo Switch release is planned. The game launches on May 19, 2026.

Rune Dice is a tactical deckbuilder with bite-sized sessions. Players will launch dice to create magical chain reactions and pick from different hero classes with their own abilities.

Retrospace

Kwalee and The Wild Gentlemen just revealed new console versions of Retrospace, and as part of that, we’re getting the game on Nintendo Switch 2. The project should be ready for a 2026 debut.

Retrospace is a disco-punk sci-fi horror immersive sim. In it, you’ll have to try to survive on a space station swallowed by a black hole.

Square Enix is bringing Final Fantasy 14 to Nintendo Switch 2, Square Enix just announced. The game will be available this August.

March 4: Capcom gave the first sales update on Resident Evil Requiem today, revealing that the game has sold over five million copies worldwide. That’s based on all platforms combined.

Resident Evil Requiem just launched on Nintendo Switch 2 and other platforms last Friday.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins

Dynasty Warriors: Origins was just given a new version 1.0.6 update on Nintendo Switch 2 this week.

New content and features are included, highlighted by the addition of Photo Mode. Players can also access a couple of items at no extra cost.

Disgaea Mayhem release date

NIS America provided an update on Disgaea Mayhem today, revealing the game’s release date. Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch are both getting it on July 23, 2026.

Disgaea Mayhem is NIS’ new action spinoff of the Disgaea series. Last we heard, it was planned for a summer release.

Starting today, Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy music can be played on Spotify.

Nintendo said that the music is being offered in celebration of Mario’s 40th anniversary. Between the two games, you can listen to 130 tracks, coming in at about five hours.

Pokemon Pokopia Sableye's Gem Hunt event

Sableye’s Gem Hunt has been revealed as he latest Pokemon Pokopia event, and full details about what toe expect have been released. It will run between April 29, 2026 at 5 AM to May 14 at 4:59 AM.

This goes without saying, but Sableye is the highlight of the event. The creature will appear near rebuilt Pokemon Centers. Players can befriend it to receive a request to collect red crystal fragments, which you can find on Dream Islands.

Traysia

April 15: Ratalaika Games is bringing back the SEGA Genesis title Traysia for Nintendo Switch, the company has announced. We’ll be seeing it on April 24, 2026.

Traysia originally released in 1992. The RPG will have players following Roy on his quest for love and adventure. The Nintendo Switch version will feature save states, rewind/turbo, screen filters, a gallery, cheats, and a jukebox.
