Pokemon Legends: Z-A 2.0.2 update

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are now offering a new version 2.0.2 update for Pokemon Legends: Z-A. The patch can be downloaded on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

We’ll get this out of the way: there doesn’t seem to be much here. The team has addressed some issues, but hasn’t gone into detail about what was tackled.

In any case, the patch notes are as follows:

Road Trip is a major feature in Kirby Air Riders as it is essentially that game’s story mode. In a new post, director Masahiro Sakurai explained how it came to be.

According to Sakurai, Road Trip wasn’t in the initial design planning stage. However, he knew some players would want some single-player elements. He explained that “When considering how to pull together existing gameplay elements to keep players playing long-term, the only real option was to give them a series of challenges.”

Sakurai also said that it was considered making a mode in which :a whole lot of characters would attack one by one as rivals” and “perhaps using a system like the events in City Trial to give players specific tasks to achieve.” However, we ultimately ended up with Road Trip in its final form.

Sonic Racing CrossWorlds 1.3.1 update

SEGA just went live with a major version 1.3.1 update for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.

The patch comes with new content, new features, adjustments, and fixes. Highlights include new Gadgets, the “Bonus Ring Frenzy” mode, new music, and new decals.

The full rundown is as follows:

Super Mario Bros. Wonder 1.1.0 update

Nintendo has issued a new version 1.1.0 update for Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Unsurprisingly, the patch paves the way for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Also included is amiibo functionality and a Polish translation.

The full rundown is as follows:

A new statement has come in from Aspyr in which the company denied that Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered recently used generative AI for some of its content.

Last week, Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered received a major update with its Challenge Mode. However, fans weren’t happy with the results. The unlockable outfits in particular have drawn criticism and some players feel that they’re not up to quality standards. Some went as far as to claim that the outfits make use of generative AI.

It took some time, but it looks like GameCube emulation has been improved on Nintendo Switch 2.

Previously, one of the major issues plaguing the service was input lag. Another problem cropping up was analog sensitivity. While latency still isn’t where some would like to be, the first issue has now been addressed.
