Retailers are now starting to take pre-orders for The Art of Final Fantasy Tactics.
This hardcore art book is dedicated entirely to the beloved tactical role-playing game. It features hundreds of illustrations, never-before-seen character and job illustrations, and more. It comes in at over 100 pages.

Mario Kart World dev talks about what went into the making of the game’s Photo Mode

What was it like working on Photo Mode for Mario Kart World? Planner Ayako Akaza recently provided some insight as part of a post on Nintendo’s Japanese recruitment site.
Photo Mode may seem like a straightforward feature, but actually implementing it wasn’t simple. According to Akaza, at one point, “we had crammed in a lot of features and it began to look very difficult to engage with and felt like maybe players would never actually use it”. It was also shared that Photo Mode was based on a prototype made by a programmer. After interesting tidbit is that after one of the developers wanted a vertical frame, that led to the creation of a magazine-style design.

Pokemon Winds and Waves have been officially revealed, and like previous entries in the series, the Pokedex is a big deal – so we’ve compiled a list of all confirmed creatures so far. This post will be updated in the months ahead as we hear more about the games.
Winds and Waves will be bringing back past Pokemon from the series. On top of that, we’ll be getting introduced to a slew of new creatures leading up to launch, led by new starters Browt, Pombon, and Gecqua. What we’ve seen thus far is just the tip of the iceberg.

Japanese-style horror third-person shooter Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau on the way to Nintendo Switch 2

Announced today, Amata Games and Noto Muteki are working together on a new Nintendo Switch 2 version of Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau. Fans can pick up the game later in 2026.
Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau is a Japanese-style horror third-person shooter. On Nintendo Switch 2, mouse controls will be supported.

Best Pokemon in Legends Z-A’s Season 7 Ranked Battles

We’re back again with another list of the best Pokemon in the current season of Pokemon Legends: Z-A’s ranked battles, this time for season 7. Unfortunately, this season is almost certainly the worst one yet.
This time around, you can use two restricted Legendary Pokemon on your team of three, and you can use as many Mythical Pokemon as you want. In previous seasons, there was a triangle of top Pokemon – you had Garchomp at the very top, Glaceon to counter it, and Steel-types to dispatch Glaceon as well as Fairy-types. In season 7, though, it’s all legendary spam. Every team is using two Legendary Pokemon, which means the power charts are through the roof. If you’re trying to go for the Consummate Gamer title, this season is nigh unviable because almost everything is going to KO you in a single hit.

Warframe gets Nintendo Switch 2 release date, improvements detailed

Warframe was previously announced for Nintendo Switch 2, but this version now has a proper release date. Digital Extremes is bringing it out on March 25, 2026.
The free-to-play online action game will have a number of technical enhancements on Nintendo Switch 2 compared to Switch. Highlights include 60 frames per second, DLSS support, improved graphics, and mouse controls.

The latest Mystery Gift has been announced for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which features Mega Garchomp Z and the Garchompite Z stone. Note that this is specifically for the Mega Dimenson DLC.
By partaking in the event, players will unlock a special hyperspace distortion where they must battle and defeat a Mega Garchomp Z. Taking the creature down provides the Garchompite Z stone.
