It’s been several months since Hades 2 originally appeared on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, but a second update has now gone live.
There’s a good amount here with bonus content, quality-of-life improvements, and many bug fixes. Players can experience new narrated conclusion scenes for prophecies about characters, new dialogue events, and more.

Heads up for Rosalina and Samus fans: brand new Nintendo eShop cards are starting to surface at retailers for these characters. They are for $200 and $150 denominations respectively.
For Rosalina, the character is more popular than ever before. After first appearing in Super Mario Galaxy nearly two decades ago, she began to make more appearances such as in the series’ sports games. Now over the past year in particular, Nintendo has made more of a push with Rosalina – she joined Super Mario Bros. Wonder as a new playable character, had the release of her physical storybook, and a role in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Barbie: Horse Ride & Rescue announced for Nintendo Switch 2

PikPok, along with Mattel, today announced Barbie: Horse Ride & Rescue for Nintendo Switch 2. The game will hit the platform in 2027.
Barbie: Horse Ride & Rescue is a cozy gaming adventure. In the title, Barbie “Brooklyn” Roberts and Barbie “Malibu” Roberts visit Moonrise Valley to uncover its mysteries and ride to the rescue.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has received a new update, and Nintendo is now offering version 3.0.2.
There’s actually a tiny bit of content here. Starting today, players who update to the latest version can obtain the leaf statue. You can find it by accessing the in-home mailbox.

We have an update on Overwatch (previously known as Overwatch 2), as Blizzard just confirmed the release date for the Nintendo Switch 2 version. As it turns out, it’ll be out tomorrow.
One of the highlights of Overwatch on Nintendo Switch 2 is support for up to 60 frames per second for both docked and handheld play. Blizzard says the technical upgrades “make this a much stronger way to experience the game”. There’ll also be better visuals and higher fidelity audio.

April 10: Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road has only been sold digitally up to this point, but a physical release has now been revealed which will see the Nintendo Switch 2 version getting a boxed version. It’s coming to Japan on June 11, 2026.
The package will include all updates up to the recently released fourth major free update “The Rising Bond DLC”.

April 10: A new Nintendo Switch 2 version of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy could be in the works. That’s based on a new rating, which just surfaced today.
The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee added in an entry for a potential new Nintendo Switch 2 version today. As of now this has yet to be announced.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending April 11, 2026 is now available.
Pokemon Pokopia has seen a bit of a boost this time around, moving from #8 to #2. Mario Kart World, which was previously the top Nintendo exclusive, falls from #3 to #5. Resident Evil Requiem is the overall top seller.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart outlining what Japanese gamers are looking forward to based on reader votes.
This time around, Pokemon Winds and Waves have taken over the very top spot. Pragmata was previously at #1 for quite some time. Elsewhere, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book enters the top ten.
