Retro City Rampage’s launch will vary by platform. The PS3/Vita/PC version comes out this week. Retro City Rampage will then arrive later this year on WiiWare and Xbox Live Arcade.

Here’s something that’s sure to receive a ton of attention. While speaking with Total Revue at the Eurogamer Expo, a Nintendo representative apparently told the site that Wii U is “19 times more powerful than PS3”.

There are two things to point out here. First, this is a representative we’re talking about here – how much does he/she really know? Second – did Nintendo actually conduct a test to come up with that claim?

Something tells me that this statement will end up being blown out of proportion…

Neko Entertainment has shared the first screenshots and details of Puddle on Wii U. It will support 1080p, 60 frames-per-second, Off-TV Play, and more.

You’ll be able to control the game through the accelerometer, ZL/ZR triggers, or left control stick. Neko also confirmed that the levels in which players use the “Whine and Skip” feature have been adjusted to make them less frustrating. Those who are looking for a challenge can try collecting the Gold Medals in the various levels.

Puddle should be out on the Wii U eShop at launch.
