Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is on the way, Imagineer has revealed. A release is set for July 16, 2026. Nintendo will be handling the game outside of Japan once again.

New features are included such as “Camera Play” and “Share Communication Battle” which allows up to four people to exercise together nearby. The game’s graphics will be upgraded as well.

Here’s some additional information about the improvements:

By utilizing the features of the Switch 2, it’s now possible to play games while displaying your own image on the screen via a USB camera. This allows for real-time comparison with the instructor’s movements and immediate form correction, resulting in safer and more effective exercise.

Up to four players can now play simultaneously using “Shared Communication Battle”. In addition to “Score Battle,” where you can compete for the highest score with up to four people nearby, you can also choose the “Sudden Death” rule, where one mistake means instant elimination. You can share the skills you’ve acquired with family and friends.

New features include a “Boost Up Mode” that accelerates the BPM up to a maximum of 200, and an “Advanced Judgment Mode” that precisely determines the timing and speed of actions. It’s not only suitable for beginners, but also allows for high-intensity training that will satisfy advanced users.

Those who own Fitness Boxing 3 on Nintendo Switch will be able to upgrade to Switch 2 for a free (1,100 yen in Japan, US pricing TBA). Find more coverage of the console here.
