Nintendo has discounted a bunch of its Switch games in new rare sale

Posted on April 28, 2026 by (@NE_Brian) in News, Switch

A new first-party sale is live on Amazon that discounts a number of Nintendo’s Switch releases.

What’s interesting here is that the digital versions are on sale. Typically, it’s physical that we’re talking about. When retailers do offer discounts on digital versions, it’s usually just price-matching a specific sale that Nintendo has on the eShop.

You can save on around a dozen Nintendo games here, including Advance Wars (which usually doesn’t go below its original asking price), Bayonetta, Fire Emblem, Kirby, and Metroid Dread. Everything is $40 aside from Bayonetta 2, Emio, and Live A Live, which are $30 each.

The full lineup is as follows:

  • Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp
  • Astral Chain
  • Bayonetta 2
  • Bayonetta 3
  • Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2
  • Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon
  • Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club Standard
  • Fire Emblem: Three Houses
  • Fire Emblem Engage Standard
  • Fire Emblem Warriors
  • Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes Standard
  • Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity
  • Kirby Star Allies
  • Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe
  • Live A Live
  • Metroid Dread

You can partake in the first-party Nintendo Switch games sale on Amazon here. We haven’t seen an end date listed, so if there’s something grabbing your attention, don’t wait too long to make a purchase.

We’ll also remind you that Bandai Namco (Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, Ni no Kuni, more) and Koei Tecmo (Atelier, Dynasty Warriors: Origins, Wild Hearts S, more) are hosting big sales on the eShop right now with some big discounts as well. A number of their titles are at new low prices. The full lineup of discounts can be found here and here respectively.
