After months of anticipation, Pokemon Champions has finally launched for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Unfortunately, its reception hasn’t been the most positive so far.

Players have taken to social media to report a variety of issues, including performance problems and bugs. However, one issue in particular has been gaining traction: some users are encountering an error when attempting to transfer Pokemon from the Pokemon Home app to Pokemon Champions. In certain cases, the transfer is blocked entirely, preventing completion or even sending the Pokemon back to Home.


Hello Games’ support for No Man’s Sky isn’t slowing down, and the next update has been revealed. The version 6.3 “Xeno Arena” patch should be out soon on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

The update is now introducing turn-based creature battles to the game. The mechanic features hundreds of unique battle abilities, daily challenges, and more.

Planted

Today, publisher Curveball Games and developer Cloth Cat Games revealed their new game Planted. It’s coming to Nintendo Switch in the future.

Planted is a co-op party game that supports up to four players. Players will sow, grow, and throw produce at goals (and each other) in arena battles as they attempt to rack up points to beat out their opponents.

Paw Patrol Dino World

Nintendo Switch is receiving another Paw Patrol game with the just-announced Paw Patrol: Dino World. It’s due out on July 31, 2026.

Paw Patrol: Dino World is a story-driven adventure game coming from Outright and 3DClouds. In it, players can explore an island, take on rescue missions, and more.

Spica Adventure release date

Today, ININ Games finally confirmed the release date for Spica Adventure on Nintendo Switch. The game launches on April 14, 2026.

Spica Adventure was announced for various platforms, including Nintendo Switch, back in 2023. It was estimated for release the following spring, but that didn’t come to be. ININ will now finally bring it out in just a few days.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending April 4, 2026 is now available.

It’s still Mario Kart World holding on as the top Nintendo exclusive. The game is still in the top five, though it slipped one spot from to #2 to #3 – it swapped with Resident Evil Requiem. Elsewhere, Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy moves from #23 to #12.

Nintendo is starting off April with the latest retro icons for Switch Online members, this time for Kirby’s Dream Land and Kirby & The Amazing Mirror.

For both games, you’ll need to boot up their respective apps. That means for Kirby’s Dream Land, you’ll need to start up the Game Boy app. For Kirby & The Amazing Mirror, it’s the GBA one – though you’ll need to be a part of the Expansion Pack tier in order to access it.

Another firmware update has just come out for Nintendo Switch and Switch in the form of version 22.1.0.

For the latest patch, our old friend stability has returned. Nintendo says it made the latest improvements in that department for both systems.

Level-5 Vision 2026

A new Level-5 Vision 2026 presentation will be happening this week, it’s just been announced. It’ll be held on April 10 at 5 AM PT / 8 AM ET / 1 PM in the UK / 2 PM in Europe.

Fans can look forward to the latest news and updates on Level-5 titles. The company previously announced Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, Decapolice, Inazuma Eleven Re, and Holy Horror Mansion.
