Pokemon Winds Waves

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart outlining what Japanese gamers are looking forward to based on reader votes.

This time around, Pokemon Winds and Waves have taken over the very top spot. Pragmata was previously at #1 for quite some time. Elsewhere, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book enters the top ten.

Splatoon 3 Spring Fest 2026 Splatfest results

Splatoon 3 players were able to get involved in the latest Splatfest this weekend as the Spring Fest 2026 event took place, and following that, the results are in. The topic had players choosing between Baby Chicks, Li’l Bunnies, and Bear Cubs.

Based on the halftime results, Team Bear Cubs had an extremely slim lead at 34.11 percent. Team Baby Chicks and Team Li’l Bunnies were right behind at 33.16 percent and 32.73 percent respectively.

PlaySide and Fumi Games have shared details about the frame rate and resolution for Mouse: P.I. for Hire on Nintendo Switch 2.

Mouse: P.I. for Hire is one of those titles that will have a Performance Mode and Quality Mode. Both are available for docked and handheld play.

Level-5 gave a brief update on Inazuma Eleven Re, which includes the news that the game will be released on Nintendo Switch 2.

The project was previously announced last year for the original Nintendo Switch. It’s a remake of the very first Inazuma Eleven that retells Mamoru Endo’s first story with new features. Of course, the graphics have been refreshed.

Today, Level-5 provided an update on Professor Layton and the New World of Steam. The company is planning the game for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

As part of a presentation today, Level-5 said that Professor Layton and the New World of Steam is still on track for this year and will be launching at the end of 2026. Development is said to be progressing smoothly.
