Switch 2

Bethesda is celebrating the debut of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 with a launch trailer. For the first time, Nintendo fans can play the wasteland experience.

Here’s some information about it:

Resident Evil Requiem director Koshi Nakanishi has spoken more about the game, including the Nintendo Switch 2 version. This comes as part of a new Creator’s Voice video Nintendo just published.

Nakanishi mentioned that Capcom “had to do a triple take” when it first saw Resident Evil Requiem running on Nintendo Switch 2. The team was skeptical, but they were very happy with the results they were getting and decided to port the game over.

Mouse P.I. For Hire delayed

Mouse: P.I. For Hire is seeing a bit of a delay. A new release date has been set, and it’s coming out on April 16, 2026. It was previously planned for March 19, 2026 across all platforms, including Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

Thankfully, this won’t be a massive delay. The team will be taking a few extra weeks to make the game “an experience to remember.” As expected given the title was coming soon, it’s in the final stages of development.

Here’s the official statement about the Mouse P.I. For Hire delay:

Broken Arms Games shared today that it’s working on a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Under Par Golf Architect. It’s coming on April 16, 2026.

We previously heard that Under Par Golf Architect was planned for Nintendo Switch. That platform was not mentioned in today’s announcement, so plans for the console may have been scrapped.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade director Naoki Hamaguchi has commented on the Nintendo Switch 2 version’s “hair problem”.

Differences in hair is something we’ve seen in some third-party ports for the system so far. With Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, Cloud’s hair can sometimes look a bit jagged. According to Hamaguchi, the game uses temporal anti-aliasing, but “jagged edges in the hair become more noticeable” during busier moments in which the resolution drops.
