June 26: Arc System Works is making Dear Me, I Was for Nintendo Switch 2, the company just announced. The title arrives this summer.
Dear Me, I Was is an interactive adventure game. Taisuke Kanasaki, who was the art director for Hotel Dusk and Another Code, is handling the same role for this project.

River City Saga: Journey to the West announced for Nintendo Switch

Arc System Works has just announced the next installment in the River City series of games. River City Saga: Journey to the West will be out on Nintendo Switch sometime in 2026.
This news comes during the Taipei Game Show 2026 in Taiwan, lasting from January 29, to February 1. The title also seems to follow the same style as River City Saga: Three Kingdoms, with a tiny bit of of the game being played at a booth here.

Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact officially reveals Phinks DLC

The next DLC is inbound for Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact, with Phinks now officially confirmed with a release date. Players can begin using the character on December 25, 2025.
Phinks is one of a few characters for the game’s season pass. Shizuku Murasaki and Zeno Zoldyck have also been teased, but have yet to be officially announced. Neferpitou was the first DLC character.

Arc System Works today released a major update for the Nintendo Switch version of Guilty Gear Strive, bringing it up to version 1.07.
Venom, Unika, and Lucy have finally been made available as new characters. The game has also received some new character colors, battle improvements, and more.

A new Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial is happening soon in Europe, which is for Dragon Ball FighterZ.
During the event period, those with an active subscription can access the full game for free. Also, save data carries over to the full version.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact reveals Neferpitou DLC release date, trailer

We know have the release date for Neferpitou in Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact, who will be added as a DLC character. The release date is set for October 16, 2025.
Neferpitou is a part of season pass 1. Three more characters are planned, though their identities are being kept quiet for now. They’re confirmed for launch in Winter 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026.
Shadow Corridor Collection Nintendo Switch physical release revealed

A new Shadow Corridor Nintendo Switch physical release has been revealed. A release is planned for October 30, 2025 with Arc System Works distribution.
The package will be sold over in Asia. Along with the series’ first game, you’ll be getting the sequel. English, Japanese,, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional) are included on the cartridge.

Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons shares Nintendo Switch release date, adds Bubble Symphony

The release date for Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons is now in on Nintendo Switch. It’ll be available on November 27, 2025, Arc System Works just announced.
Also shared today is that Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons will include a bundled title Bubble Symphony, a port of the 1997 home console release which followed an initial introduction as an arcade game in 1994. It comes with a two-player co-op mode in which players choose one of four characters to blow bubbles, trap enemies, and pop them to advance through stages. Bubble Symphony also has worlds and characters based on other Taito titles.
Guilty Gear Strive gets Lucy DLC trailer, 2.00 update coming in 2026

Today, Arc System Works offered a first look at Guilty Gear Strive DLC character Lucy in action.
Lucy is the final participant in Season Pass 4. Queen Dizzy, Venom, and Unika make up the rest of the set. Note that while Lucy will initially release on August 21, she’ll be coming to the Nintendo Switch version this fall along with Venom and Unika.

Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes gets Izumi DLC release date, trailer

Today, Arc System Works shared the release date for Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes DLC character Izumi. Nintendo Switch will be receiving the content on August 20, 2025 (it’ll be August 18 elsewhere).
Izumi is the “Initiator” of the Final Act. She’s the final character in the Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes season pass. Uzuki first launched in July 2024 followed by Ogre this past February.
