After it was originally rated in 2024, a fresh classification has emerged for a potential Nintendo Switch version of Hi-Fi Rush.

The listing was re-added to the PEGI database yesterday. If this seems familiar, that’s because the rating originally surfaced in 2024. However, that was when the IP was still with Bethesda. Hi-Fi Rush is now with Krafton and the company is included in the updated listing.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Switch 2 vs. Switch 2 comparison

A new video comparison has come in for the new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Animal Crossing: New Horizons and its Switch original.

Probably the biggest here is load time improvements. On Nintendo Switch 2, loading is reduced by about half.

Dark Deity 1 and 2 physical

Super Rare Games today unveiled that Dark Deity and Dark Deity 2 are getting the physical release treatment on Nintendo Switch.

Both games will be offered on one cartridge. Super Rare will be making 4,000 copies available in total, and each unit includes a full-color manual, exclusive sticker, and trading cards.

BlazBlue Entropy Effect X demo

Today, Astrolabe announced that it has issued a demo for BlazBlue Entropy Effect X on Nintendo Switch. A gameplay preview has also come in.

The demo lets players choose from Ragna, Es, and Hibiki with access to the first three levels. However, progress will not carry over to the official release later. Those who try the demo will be eligible to receive an exclusive in-game item after BlazBlue Entropy Effect X launches.

Farming Camp

Today, publisher SOEDESCO and developer Innerfire Studios revealed Farming Camp for Nintendo Switch. The game will be available later in 2026.

Farming Camp is a cozy, single-player farm management game about motivation, various chores, and camp friendship. You’ll play as Alessandra, a teenage girl determined to become the camp’s top farmer.

Animal Crossing New Horizons 3.0.0 update

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has gone live with its big version 3.0.0 update, and we now have the official patch notes.

The update was revealed alongside a new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition towards the end of last year. Lots of additional content has been made available, including a new resort hotel run by Kapp’n’s family, new themed items and characters, extra exclusives like Slumber Island for Nintendo Switch Online members, and more.

Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox have provide an update on their shared commitment to safer gaming.

At the end of 2020, the three sides announced their collaboration with a focus on online gaming. The three sides have been working behind-the-scenes on improving player safety across platforms since then.

An updated list of their shared principles was shared today. These “reflect new innovations in player safety that have evolved with technological advancements, and new ways in which we collaborate through key industry initiatives and with trade associations.”
