Ubisoft has announced a new version of the classic Monopoly game, and this one is set to catch the attention of fans of one of the biggest franchises around. Titled Monopoly: Star Wars Heroes vs. Villains, the release is planned for both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 11. More details about the game are also scheduled to be shared on April 29.

Developed by Behavior Interactive, the title brings players into the Star Wars galaxy with a customized Monopoly board featuring iconic locations from across the saga.

Publisher Silver Lining Interactive, along with developers Fat Alien Cat and Nomo Studio, have confirmed that their new cozy room-decorating game Momento is coming to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The title does not yet have a specific release date, but it’s currently slated for Q2 2026.

The game is a cozy room-decorating experience featuring charming environments, relaxing gameplay, and engaging branching narratives. Players will be able to decorate their room, choose the items that matter most to them, and discover what those choices mean for the life they lead.

Kusan City of Wolves demo

Announced today, Kusan: City of Wolves will soon be receiving a demo on Nintendo Switch. It will be distributed on the Nintendo eShop once it’s ready.

The demo features a focused slice of the high-octane hardcore top-down shooter. It features clean gunplay, tight movement, ruthless combos and instant payoffs.

The Nintendo Switch app has received an update, and version 3.3.0 is available. It’s going out now on iOS and Android.

Once the update is installed, you’ll be able to access the new feature that lets you save notes about your friends. This was also just added on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

A big feature has just made its way to Nintendo Switch 2 with the Handheld Boost Mode.

When playing a game on the system, there are specific restrictions in place when docked or in handheld mode. Now, however, the lines have been blurred a bit.

Nintendo has just come out with the latest Switch 2 and Switch update, which is version 22.0.0.

Unlike the past few patches, there’s actually a decent amount here. With one new feature, you can now save notes about your friends on the Friend List. This can be used to help you remember who they are.

Shikhondo: Blue Pieta

CFK and DeerFarm today unveiled Shikhondo: Blue Pieta for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. A release window was not provided for these platforms.

Shikhondo: Blue Pieta is the next entry in the Eastern fantasy bullet hell series. This time around, it’s side-scrolling for the first time.

Here’s what we know so far:

Retailers have kicked off a new sale for Square Enix games on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, with Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade leading the charge.

Several different tiles have been discounted on both platforms. There’s a good amount of Dragon Quest here, but also Final Fantasy and even Octopath Traveler 0.

Sonic Racing CrossWorlds Red, Goro Majima (Captain Majima), Arle

SEGA revealed what’s coming to Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds today, and we now know that three new characters are in the pipeline: Red, Goro Majima (Captain Majima), and Arle. All three will ship for free.

Red and Goro Majima (Captain Majima) will drop first sometime in April. Following that, Arle will be released in May. Release dates will be provided in the future.

Beyond Words release date

PQube and MindFuel Games are back with an update on Beyond Words, confirming the game’s release date. It’ll be available for Nintendo Switch on April 9, 2026.

Beyond Words, a fusion of roguelike strategy and word crafting, was previously announced for Nintendo Switch towards the end of last year. The project comes from Steve Ellis and Dr. David Doak, two of the minds behind GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark, and TimeSplitters.
