First gameplay of Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok on Nintendo Switch 2
Posted on 3 weeks ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch 2 | 0 comments
The first gameplay has come in for Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok on Nintendo Switch 2. A closed beta is now underway, which s where the footage comes from.
Impressions thus far indicate that the game runs at 30 frames per second on Nintendo Switch 2. If that holds up, it’d put it in line with the PS4 version. Some might be disappointed that it’s not 60 FPS like the PS5 release, but if it’s stable (which the beta seems to point to), then it might be easier to accept.

Motokura responded in the affirmative, but also pointed out how in the game, Donkey Kong “is a double of the player, and so they don’t speak, allowing the player to project a little bit more.”
According to Motokura:

If there’s one way in which Nintendo went “too far” in Donkey Kong Bananza, it’d be the Elephant Bananza.
The Nintendo Switch 2 game is all about destruction. There are many ways in which players can go about that in the game, but the Elephant Bananza takes that up a notch. With it, Donkey Kong can inhale almost everything around him, including some damaging terrain live lava and thorns.
