Arc System Works unveiled its plans for Guilty Gear Strive today, including news about DLC characters Jam Kuradoberi and Robo-Ky plus an update on the version 2.00 update.

Jam Kuradoberi kicks off Season Pass 5 on April 9, 2026. Robo-Ky will follow this summer. After that, two more DLC characters will be released in Winter 2026 and Spring 2027. One thing we’ll note is that it’s possible we’ll be seeing the DLC later in the Nintendo Switch version – meaning the April 9 date for Jam Kuradoberi may not apply here.

Listings on the eShops provide file sizes for a bunch of Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch games. These include Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection, and more.

Pokemon Pokopia

The latest Nintendo Switch 2 eShop charts for the week of March 22, 2026 are now available.

Continuing its streak, Pokemon Pokopia is still #1 this week. However, the game may face a tough test coming up with Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Right now its upgrade pack is second with pre-loads alone – we’ll have to see what happens when the game launches. Elsewhere, Deadzone: Rogue debuts at #10.

Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement has been listed for Nintendo Switch alongside an unannounced Switch 2 title from 505 Games.

The Scarlet Engagement, a sequel to the original, was previously announced last year. Although there wasn’t any news about a Nintendo release, the latest discovery suggests that we’ll be getting it on Switch at the very least. It’d be somewhat surprising to see it on Nintendo Switch rather than Switch 2, but it’s always possible that plans could change (or there was a mistake here).

Digimon Story: Time Stranger will be receiving major DLC, Bandai Namco and Media Vision revealed today. That news was just announced at Digimon Con 2026.

This week, Nintendo Switch 2 received what was its biggest system update so far. There was a good amount added and improved, but the most significant feature was the inclusion of Handheld Mode Boost. When turned on, it forces Nintendo Switch 1 games to be played as if they were docked when playing portably. If you’re primarily a handheld player, this is a significant feature as it can give you a better image on-screen.

Have you gotten around to trying out the Handheld Mode Boost on Nintendo Switch 2? Which games have you tested? Let us know in the comments.

The latest Famitsu review scores for the week of March 21, 2026 are as follows:

It’s been a little while since we last reported on some Nintendo Switch games that have been fixed for Switch 2 for backwards compatibility, but a new batch is in. Most of the titles here were addressed in conjunction with the most recent system update.

There are some big names that have been fixed, including Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe. For this one specifically, while it was functional, Nintendo previously noted that users may encounter audio issues – though thankfully, that won’t happen any longer.

Minecraft Dungeons 2 is in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, Xbox Game Studios, Mojang Studios, and Double Eleven just revealed. The game is coming out in Fall 2026.

This follows the previous game that hit Nintendo Switch in 2021. Apparently the sequel has been in development for quite some time as it’ll be five years between titles.
