Outlaws + Handful of Missions Remaster Nintendo Switch physical release in the works

Today, Limited Run Games made it known that it’s planning physical versions of Outlaws + Handful of Missions Remaster on Nintendo Switch.
There’ll be two editions to choose from. Aside from a standard copy, Limited Run Games is prepping a premium edition. The latter includes a metal James Anderson US Marshal badge, collectible keychain, 12” x 16” double-sided poster, and playing cards, all packed in a LucasArts two-piece rigid box.

Today, Limited Run Games released a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 version for Tomba Special Edition.
The classic title previously landed on the original Nintendo Switch last year. With this version, there are a number of improvements. On Nintendo Switch 2, Tomba Special Edition has an increased resolution, improved performance, higher quality assets, and downsampled display mode.

Tenshi no Uta: The Angel Verse Collection getting worldwide Nintendo Switch release

Today, Limited Run Games announced that it’s giving Tenshi no Uta: The Angel Verse Collection a worldwide release.
The Nintendo Switch package just came to Japan in September 2024. It includes Includes both Tenshi no Uta, and Tenshi no Uta 2: Datenshi no Sentaku, all on one cartridge.
Puzzle Quest: Immortal Edition secures Nintendo Switch physical release

Previously made available digitally, Puzzle Quest: Immortal Edition is now getting a physical release. This one comes courtesy of Limited Run Games.
The company is only planning on a standard version, so there won’t be a special edition. However, each unit includes a booklet.
Mika and the Witch’s Mountain to receive Nintendo Switch physical release

Limited Run Games is preparing a physical release for Mika and the Witch’s Mountain, the company has announced.
Currently there are only plans for a standard edition. However, each copy does come with a booklet – the specifics of which haven’t been shared just yet.
Tomba 2 coming to Nintendo Switch [update: Switch 2 version]

June 2024: Tomba 2 is on the way to Switch, Limited Run Games has announced. A release window was not provided.
This follows the original title which is set to appear on Switch this August (read more about that here). As for the sequel, Tomba 2: The Evil Swine Return debuted in 1999 in Japan and 2000 in the west for the original PlayStation.

Limited Run recently announced plans for a physical release of Valiant Hearts: Coming Home on Nintendo Switch, but we now have the full details.
There’ll be both a standard version and a Deluxe Edition. In the latter, buyers will receive a lithograph and pin set as bonuses.

LRG3 2025 took place today, and it brought along the latest news from Limited Run Games about titles getting the physical treatment on Nintendo Switch.
The company announced over 20 new boxed editions. A few were known previously, but most are new. There are a few brand new games thrown into the mix as well.

Little Samson making a comeback on Nintendo Switch

Announced today, Limited Run Games is working on a re-release of Little Samson for Nintendo Switch. Fans will be able to grab it it in 2026.
Little Samson originally released in 1993. The action platformer was made by Takeru and published by Taito.

Slam City with Scottie Pippen originally debuted in 1994. The FMV basketball title appeared on a few different platforms – namely SEGA CD, SEGA 32X, and MS-DOS.
