Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection review

System: Switch
Release date: March 27, 2026
Developer: Capcom
Publisher: Capcom

With the arrival of the Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection on the Nintendo Switch, a long-dormant corner of the Mega Man universe finally gets its moment back in the spotlight. Originally released on Nintendo DS, the Mega Man Star Force trilogy carved out its own identity by blending real-time grid-based combat with a surprisingly heartfelt story about loneliness, connection, and the digital spaces we inhabit. This collection brings together all three core entries: Mega Man Star Force, Mega Man Star Force 2, and Mega Man Star Force 3 along with their multiple version variants, giving players the most complete way to experience the series to date – but how well does the franchise hold up in 2026? And does this collection do enough to modernize a series built originally for dual screens and stylus controls?

Capcom has just announced a collaboration between Street Fighter 6 and the Mega Man Star Force & Battle Network series. The event will kick off on March 17th, 2026.

So far it’s been detailed that players who log into Street Fighter 6 during the event period will receive special collaboration cosmetics. Some of these items include helmets, and Mr. Famous’s Lab coat. There will also be special Street voter event, and to top it all off ,the Battle Hub will be receiving a Mega Man themed revamp.

March 4: Capcom gave the first sales update on Resident Evil Requiem today, revealing that the game has sold over five million copies worldwide. That’s based on all platforms combined.

Resident Evil Requiem just launched on Nintendo Switch 2 and other platforms last Friday.

Below is the full Resident Evil Requiem sales announcement from Capcom:

Mega Man Dual Override Ben Diskin

Mega Man: Dual Override is finally bringing back Mega Man with a brand new game, but it’ll have a key change since Ben Diskin won’t be reprising his role as the Blue Bomber.

Diskin took to social media and shared the news with a lengthy statement. While Capcom wanted him to return, it came with the condition that he “work without the protections of a union contract.”

Given the state of AI currently, Diskin felt it would be too much of a risk to come back for Mega Man: Dual Override, even though there would apparently be certain protections in place. He would only move forward with a union contract, but that wasn’t something Capcom was up for.

The full statement reads:

Capcom shared an update about future content plans for Resident Evil Requiem, including a story expansion, Photo Mode, and mini-game. News about the game was provided by Koshi Nakanishi today.

There’s very little known about the story expansion at this time. According to Nakanishi, it will “delve deeper into the world of Requiem”. He also said it will “take some time”, so no word on when that’s coming just yet.

Monster Hunter Stories 3 review

System: Switch
Release date: March 13, 2026
Developer: Capcom
Publisher: Capcom

For many years, Monster Hunter has been about slaying towering creatures and using their parts to slay even more massive behemoths. The Monster Hunter Stories series flips that idea on its head, instead letting players befriend, raise, and fight alongside those same creatures. Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection continues that tradition, offering a new perspective on the world and culture that makes the series’ universe so compelling – but is the world just as thrilling when the goal isn’t to slay monsters, but to bond with them?
