Arc System Works unveiled its plans for Guilty Gear Strive today, including news about DLC characters Jam Kuradoberi and Robo-Ky plus an update on the version 2.00 update.

Jam Kuradoberi kicks off Season Pass 5 on April 9, 2026. Robo-Ky will follow this summer. After that, two more DLC characters will be released in Winter 2026 and Spring 2027. One thing we’ll note is that it’s possible we’ll be seeing the DLC later in the Nintendo Switch version – meaning the April 9 date for Jam Kuradoberi may not apply here.

Damon and Baby

Arc System Works has just announced that a demo version of Damon and Baby is now available on the eShop. The full game is set to launch on Nintendo Switch on March 26. Save data from the demo can be transferred to the full version.

In the game, players will experience the emotional story of the Demon Lord Damon, who finds himself physically unable to part with a mysterious child. The title blends exploration-based action across a vast world with the precision of twin-stick shooter gameplay.

Dear Me, I Was

June 26: Arc System Works is making Dear Me, I Was for Nintendo Switch 2, the company just announced. The title arrives this summer.

Dear Me, I Was is an interactive adventure game. Taisuke Kanasaki, who was the art director for Hotel Dusk and Another Code, is handling the same role for this project.

Here’s what’s been shared thus far:

Arc System Works has just announced the next installment in the River City series of games. River City Saga: Journey to the West will be out on Nintendo Switch sometime in 2026.

This news comes during the Taipei Game Show 2026 in Taiwan, lasting from January 29, to February 1. The title also seems to follow the same style as River City Saga: Three Kingdoms, with a tiny bit of of the game being played at a booth here.

Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact Phinks

The next DLC is inbound for Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact, with Phinks now officially confirmed with a release date. Players can begin using the character on December 25, 2025.

Phinks is one of a few characters for the game’s season pass. Shizuku Murasaki and Zeno Zoldyck have also been teased, but have yet to be officially announced. Neferpitou was the first DLC character.

Guilty Gear Strive 1.07 update

Arc System Works today released a major update for the Nintendo Switch version of Guilty Gear Strive, bringing it up to version 1.07.

Venom, Unika, and Lucy have finally been made available as new characters. The game has also received some new character colors, battle improvements, and more.
