Pokemon Legends Z-A Mystery Gift Mega Garchomp Z and Garchompite Z stone

The latest Mystery Gift has been announced for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which features Mega Garchomp Z and the Garchompite Z stone. Note that this is specifically for the Mega Dimenson DLC.

Pokemon Winds Waves

Following various leaks, Pokemon Gen 10 has been officially announced as Pokemon Winds and Waves, with the upcoming games on the way to Nintendo Switch 2. They’ll be out in 2027. Note that these titles will not be released on the original Nintendo Switch.

Pokemon Winds and Waves will be the next generation following Scarlet and Violet. The announcement notes that the games “feature an open world to explore, with beautiful windswept islands and a vast ocean with glittering waves.”

The only other information shared thus far is as follows:

A special trailer has been made for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Resident Evil Requiem. Just like all other platforms, the horror title comes to the system today.

Here’s a brief overview of this one:

Pokemon Presents live stream Pokemon Day 2026

It’s officially Pokemon Day 2026, and with the Pokemon Presents presentation happening in a few hours, we’ve got the live stream for you. The fun starts at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe.

It was already announced that Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen are returning on Nintendo Switch today in celebration of Pokemon’s 30th anniversary. However, this should be just the tip of the iceberg for news. We’ll likely get another update on Pokemon Champions, for one thing. And while no one can say for sure, some fans believe that Pokemon Gen 10 will be revealed – that’d certainly be a good way to end the presentation.

Below is where you can watch the Pokemon Day 2026 Pokemon Presents live stream:

February 5: The new Resident Evil Requiem amiibo have now been revealed – specifically Grace Ashcroft and the legendary Leon S. Kennedy. Both are coming this summer.

Capcom previously said it was preparing amiibo based on the game, but didn’t say which figures specifically it had in store. Scan them to receive weapon skins in-game.

Resident Evil Requiem will be out tomorrow, but Capcom is also bringing over Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village on the same day. We now have a launch trailer for the survival titles.

Here’s a bit of information about the two games:

Stardew Valley is turning ten years old today, and ConcernedApe celebrated with a new video looking back at the game – plus teasing what’s to come with the reveal of new marriage candidates for the upcoming 1.7 update.

Plans were version 1.7 were announced last year. However, fans have been left in the dark as to what it will include. Aside from new marriage candidates, there’ll be a new farm type and ConcernedApe previously teased that the team is “trying to make the children a little more interesting”. More information should be shared in the future.

Resident Evil Requiem frame rate resolution

Thanks to Digital Foundry, we have technical insight into the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Resident Evil Requiem, including frame rate and resolution. Overall the results from Capcom are impressive with DLSS doing some heavy lifting. The main concern right now is frame rate, as things can be a bit uneven in that department.
