Bravely Default series sales surpass four million, Octopath Traveler surpasses seven million

Square Enix has announced a couple of sales milestones for its RPG series: Bravely Default and Octopath Traveler.

According to the company, the Bravely franchise has surpassed four million copies. Octopath Traveler is now beyond seven million.

Bravely is the older of the two series having started on Nintendo 3DS. There have been three mainline titles on Nintendo platforms, but also other entries like the browser experience Bravely Default: Praying Brage.

Octopath Traveler has four games in the series. The only one mission on Nintendo platforms is Champions of the Continent, but that technically became Octopath Traveler 0 which launched on Switch 2 and Switch last year.
