February 12: Today, it was announced that Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition is on the way to Nintendo Switch. It comes out tomorrow, February 13. A physical release will follow in June.

Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition was made by Digital Eclipse in partnership with Digital Eclipse. It features five versions of the game, including PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, MS-DOS, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Color. There’s also new content and various features.

Ren & Stimpy Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy Collection

January 27: Limited Run Games is making Ren & Stimpy Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy Collection for Nintendo Switch, the company just announced. A release date was not shared, but we’ll keep you updated on that front.

Ren & Stimpy Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy Collection includes five different games. You’ll be getting the following:

Today, Ubisoft confirmed the release date for the Claws of Awaji DLC for Assassin’s Creed Shadows on Nintendo Switch 2. It’s planned for March 10, 2026.

The expansion has players exploring the island of Awaji. Across over ten hours of content, they’ll go on a search for a lost artifact. Ubisoft says it has over ten hours of content.

February 11: Yet another game has received a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, and this time it’s Braid: Anniversary Edition. It’s live in Japan and should be out in most regions within the next day or so.

Braid: Anniversary Edition has some bonuses when playing on Nintendo Switch 2. For resolution, it’s up to 1080p in handheld mode and up to 4K when docked. On top of that, you’ll get a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, high-resolution textures, and additional developer commentary.

Asphalt Legends has joined the lineup of Nintendo Switch 2 Editions.

For this release, Gameloft has prepared a few technical upgrades. When docked, it runs at 1440p, while handheld mode provides a native 1080p. Also, it features a stable 60 FPS in both modes and there are additional visual effects.

Stillborn Slayer

Ratalaika Games and Meridian4 are teaming up to bring Stillborn Slayer to Nintendo Switch this week, they’ve announced. The game will be available on February 20, 2026.

Stillborn Slayer is a dark fantasy action roguelike. It has fast-paced hack-and-slash combat, procedural runs, and brutal difficulty in a grim, horror-inspired world.

Kingdom's Return: Time-Eating Fruit and the Ancient Monster

December 9: Today, Inti Creates unveiled Kingdom’s Return: Time-Eating Fruit and the Ancient Monster for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The game launches on April 23, 2026.

Kingdom’s Return: Time-Eating Fruit and the Ancient Monster tasks players with rebuilding their kingdom and solving the mystery of its demise.

January 25: It’s taken longer than expected, but Pokemon Legends: Z-A user icons have now arrived on Nintendo Switch Online. They’re available for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch users now.

Typically icons are added to the service around a game’s release. However, we didn’t see anything back in October and things were quiet when the Mega Dimension DLC released.
