Marvel Maximum Collection

Marvel Maximum Collection is in development for Nintendo Switch, it’s been announced. Release timing has yet to be confirmed.

Marvel Maximum Collection features thirteen games, preserved across all their console and handheld counterparts. New features will also be available.

The collection includes the following titles:

Bandai Namco has come out with a launch trailer for Tales of Berseria Remastered. Starting tomorrow, Nintendo fans will be able to play the RPG thanks to its Switch release.

Out of nowhere, Balatro has just received a brand new version for Nintendo Switch 2.

Note that this is not a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition – it’s completely separate. We haven’t been able to confirm this ourselves yet, but we’re hearing that saves don’t transfer. However, if you own the Nintendo Switch version, it’s a free upgrade. Mouse controls are supported and the gameplay is 60 frames per second.

Ecco the Dolphin remaster

The previously-teased remaster of the classic SEGA action adventure game Ecco the Dolphin is apparently bound for Nintendo Switch.

That information comes from this week’s issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu. In the two-page spread, Nintendo Switch is the only listed platform for the project. A release on that system would make sense, and it’s certainly capable of handling it. 

Resident Evil Requiem reviews

Resident Evil Requiem is almost here, and first reviews are now starting to come in.

This is a landmark release as a Nintendo system is finally getting a new entry in the series at the same time as other platforms, and by all accounts, it’s a good port.

A new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of The Fox’s Way Home has just been revealed. It’s starting to roll out in some regions and should be available worldwide soon.

The Fox’s Way Home originally came to Nintendo Switch last year. For the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, you’ll be getting an improved frame rate, higher resolution, and mouse-based controls.

Boulder Dash 40th Anniversary update

A major update for ­Boulder Dash 40th Anniversary on Nintendo Switch, bringing along new content and improvements.

Fans of the original ZX Spectrum and Apple 2 versions can now play the entire game with the original graphics and sound of the classic versions. The game has also received new Modern Worlds, a new Classic World, performance fixes, and more.

Mandragora Whispers of the Witch Tree update New Game Plus

Knights Peak today announced a major update for the Nintendo Switch version of Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree, which includes New Game Plus and more.

New Game Plus has empowered enemies, upgraded weapons, and the ability to start with a fully-equipped character. The team also implemented quality-of-life improvements, plus extensive gameplay, UI, and graphical enhancements.

Gunvolt Chronicles Luminous Avenger iX 1+2 Dual Collection

Today, Inti Creates unveiled Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 1+2 Dual Collection for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. A release is planned for July 9, 2026.

The package bundles together both games in the Luminous Avenger iX series complete with all DLC. Additionally, there’s a new Endless Battle mode and balance adjustments for each title.
