It has been announced by Marvelous that Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma will be receiving a free content update in collaboration with Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. As of now there is no information about this update, other than it will be available in the near future.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma is a spin off of the Rune Factory series, seeking to emphasize its action RPG elements rather than the farming ones the franchise is known for. Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is a faithful remake of 2008’s Harvest Moon DS: Grand Bazaar, while smoothing out some of the rougher edges from the DS era.

July 28: RideOn Japan has just announced that they’ll be bringing Brave x Junction to Nintendo Switch. The game has not yet received a release date, but it’s set for this year.

Cyberstep and Rabbitfoot have announced Hanazono Serena no Otoshimono: Sweet Memory for Nintendo Switch. The game is due for release on January 29, 2026.

Hanazono Serena no Otoshimono: Sweet Memory is a visual novel with fully featured voice acting from VTuber Hanazono Serena. This dating sim will also have support English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and other language options to be detailed later.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics has surpassed one million units in sales. Capcom announced the news today, just a few days after the game’s one year anniversary.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection is comprised of seven classic titles with added online multiplayer, a training mode, and additional features.

Shiny Miraidon and Koraidon Pokemon Scarlet Violet

For both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, a new Shiny Miraidon and Shiny Koraidon are to be made available on September 26, 2025 with a new distribution. However, these creatures will only be provided through serial codes in select retailers.

In the United States, they will be available at GameStop. In Australia, New Zealand, and Canada they will be offered  through EB Games. In Japan they will be provided at game stores across the country when you show either game on your home menu.

Nintendo Today 2.0 update

Nintendo Today went live with a new version 2.0 update today, which includes a couple of new features.

Support for additional languages has been added, and the app has been released in more regions. A Kirby theme for the app has also been added.

Cutout village is a narrative city builder with a paper craft aesthetic that goes beyond style. You’ll be cutting, folding, and gluing houses together to revitalize and repopulate a village.

Success Corporation has now shared their lineup for the upcoming 2025 Tokyo Game Show.

The Nintendo Switch 2 title available at the show will be Cotton Rock With You. The floor will include a playable demo for the game, as well as some other novelties.

Kamitsubaki Studio has announced that Kamitsubaki Academy Newspaper Club will be receiving a Nintendo Switch version. The game is set to launch on October 30, 2025.

Kamitsubaki Academy Newspaper Club is an adventure game where you play as a student living in Kamitsubaki, trying to unravel the mysteries of your city. The game will have language support for English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
