Adventure Canoe is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Nintendo Switch 2, Switch

Adventure Canoe is bringing out Adventure Canoe as its latest Arcade Archives game, it’s been confirmed. This one is hitting both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch tomorrow, February 19.

Adventure Canoe was first issued by Taito in 1982. In the action game, players paddle down a river as they look to reach the finish line.

Adventure Canoe is an action game released by Taito in 1982. Your goal is to paddle your canoe down the river and venture deep into the uncharted backcountry. Watch out for driftwood floating downstream and the fierce river currents. Rumor has it that terrifying crocodiles and outlaws inhabit these waters… Reach the finish line safely and prove your courage!

The Arcade Archives series has faithfully reproduced many classic Arcade masterpieces. Players can change various game settings such as game difficulty, and also reproduce the atmosphere of arcade display settings at that time. Players can also compete against each other from all over the world with their high scores.
