House Flipper 2 coming to Nintendo Switch 2

House Flipper 2 is receiving a new version for Nintendo Switch 2, Silver Lining and Frozen District have announced. We should be seeing it in Q3 2026.

House Flipper 2 will have a retail release, but it’ll be a game-key card. Copies will ship with the Sakura DLC. It’s also promised that the Nintendo Switch 2 version will get all future updates and patches the same day as other platforms.

In House Flipper 2, you play as a visionary contractor! Collaborate with old friends to launch an interior design company in a town where everyone knows your name. With over 600 Japan-themed items, you can master the balance of “Japandi” furniture, traditional ceramics, and intricate wooden assemblies. 

Creativity knows no bounds in the sequel. With the Sandbox Mode, you can build houses from scratch, while the revamped Story Mode lets you dive deep into the history of Pinnacove. The physical edition ensures you have all the tools necessary to make every house a home, or a high-priced flip!
