Horror game Button Prison coming to Nintendo Switch

Regista has announced that Button Prison will launch for the Nintendo eShop on April 2, 2025. The title will be regularly available for purchase at $6.99, but is currently on sale for $4.89 to celebrate its launch.

Button Prison is an indie horror game from last year that serves to test your memory. As the title of the game suggests, this game involves you in a prison comprised of many buttons. Each button does something unique, and it’s your mission to escape with your life using the buttons to your advantage.

Here’s a full description of the game:

When I awoke, I found myself surrounded by sparse furniture, mannequins, and countless buttons! Can I safely escape this room!?
A new-style horror game where pressing buttons advances the story.
Rely on your memory to press the specified buttons.
Avoid pressing unnecessary buttons—something terrible might happen.

This game challenges you to recall “Which button was that?” as you gather designated items to escape.
Some buttons are designed to startle players; pressing them too often will decrease your sanity level.
