Curveball Games is teaming up with publisher Top Hat Studios and Australian developer Weatherfell to give Windswept a physical release on Nintendo Switch, the company announced today. Fans will be able to secure a copy in Q2 2026.

Windswept will only be sold as a standard version. There are no plans for any special editions currently.

April 22: The previously-announced Under the Island will be available on Nintendo Switch, publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Slime King Games shared today. The two sides did not provide launch timing.

Under the Island, a 2D action RPG, features encounters with monsters, puzzle-solving, and more. It’s set under the backdrop of saving your island home from sinking.

Labyrinth of the Demon King is receiving a release on Nintendo Switch, publisher Top Hat Studios and developer J.R. Hudepohl announced today. The game launches on May 13, 2025.

Labyrinth of the Demon King is a first-person dungeon crawler and survival horror game. As part of the journey, you’ll look to track down the demon who betrayed your lord and end its life.

Crypt Custodian physical

Today, Welsh distributor and publisher Curveball announced that it’s producing a physical release for Crypt Custodian on Nintendo Switch. This comes as part of a new partnership between Top Hat Studios and Kyle Thompson.

Top Hat Studios’ Andi Han noted today: “Crypt Custodian is one of the highlights of the whole Metroidvania genre that’ve been released in the past year, and it also encapsulates the kind of thing we love in games: great ideas, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to fun, made by a developer pursuing what fulfils them artistically.
