Marvel Maximum Collection relaese date physical

We’ve got a bunch of news about Marvel Maximum Collection, including its Nintendo Switch release date, physical release, and a new trailer.

The game will initially launch digitally on March 27, 2026. A physical release will be available from Limited Run Games with pre-orders starting one day later here. In each company, the company is including a sticker sheet and booklet.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse won’t be a roguelike or roguelite, according to Konami.

Following the game’s recent announcement, some fans wondered if the upcoming title will be pursuing those genres. That’s because Evil Empire, a studio involved with Dead Cells, is leading development on Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse. Dead Cells is very much known for its roguelike gameplay.

As for Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, head of communications Tommy Williams for Konami in the Americas has commented on what to expect. It’ll be an action adventure title, and it looks like we’re getting fully handcrafted experience here.

The official statement shared by The Verge is as follows:

February 5: Konami has made a new announcement for Nintendo Switch 2, which is eFootball Kick-Off. The title launches this summer.

eFootball Kick-Off could be for you if you’re a fan of Pro Evolution Soccer. The sports game has various offline and online modes including World Tour in which you’ll build a dream soccer club and compete worldwide, International Cup that intends to give the excitement of soccer’s ultimate festival, and a 6-a-side soccer that creates plenty of goal-scoring opportunities.

Darwin's Paradox physical

In an announcement today, Limited Run Games revealed that it’s prepping a physical release of Darwin’s Paradox for Nintendo Switch 2.

The title will have a standard version and a collector’s edition. With the latter, you’ll receive a copy of the game, a slipcover, original CD soundtrack, lithograph, a figure, an engraved wooden pin, and an individually numbered certificate of authenticity.

Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 2.1.0 update

A new update for Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 just started distribution with version 2.1.0, and it includes some technical benefits for Nintendo Switch 2 players.

On Nintendo Switch, Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 were locked to 30 frames per second, which was a bit of a disappointment. But now that’s moved up to 60 FPS on the new console. We’re hearing of a resolution boost as well to 1080p.

Darwin's Paradox release date

We’ve got the release date for Darwin’s Paradox, Konami and ZDT Studio’s platformer and adventure game. It comes out on April 2, 2026.

Darwin’s Paradox was originally planned for last year. At the time, it was slated for the original Nintendo Switch, but development moved to Switch 2.

Castlevania: Belmont's Curse

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse has been announced, and the game is heading to Nintendo Switch. The project is planned for 2026.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is a collaboration between Konami and Dead Cells developers Evil Empire and Motion Twin. The 2D action exploration game take places 23 years after Castlevania Dracula’s Curse and follow a young Belmont’s journey.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2

Konami is working on Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, and the company today confirmed plans to release it on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The package comes out on August 27, 2026.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 includes Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD Collection version), and Metal Gear: Ghost Babel. For Metal Gear Solid 4, Konam is increasing the resolution and frame rate while also implementing custom controls. Peace Walker will also have custom controls. Ghost Babel comes with screen filters, pixel-perfect, screen settings, rewind, and custom controls.

Super Bomberman Collection physical release

After Super Bomberman Collection was revealed and launched for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch yesterday, information has come through about the physical release. Red Art Games is in charge of production.

The company is planning a standard version, Deluxe Edition, and Collector’s Edition. The physical release will be available for Nintendo Switch on August 25, 2026 in North America and August 28 in Europe. Super Bomberman Collection will be available from major retailers at launch on Nintendo Switch, but the Switch 2 Edition is exclusive to VGP in North America and redartgames.com exclusive in Europe.

Ganbare Goemon Daishuugo

Specifically in today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct, Ganbare Goemon Daishuugo has been revealed for Nintendo Switch. Japan is getting it on July 2, 2026.

Ganbare Goemon Daishuugo features 13 different games. These are spread out across the Famicom, Super Famicom, and Game Boy. As of now no western release has been announced.
