Disney Dreamlight Valley has shared initial details about its next update, known as “Whispers of the Wind”. It’ll be going out on April 8, 2026.

Revealed today, the upcoming project Bluey’s Happy Snaps is lined up for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The game arrives this fall.
Bluey’s Happy Snaps is a photo-powered game developed by Gameloft. You’ll be able to “explore, have fun and capture your favorite moments with Bluey and Bingo”.

Asphalt Legends has now received a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition

Asphalt Legends has joined the lineup of Nintendo Switch 2 Editions.
For this release, Gameloft has prepared a few technical upgrades. When docked, it runs at 1440p, while handheld mode provides a native 1080p. Also, it features a stable 60 FPS in both modes and there are additional visual effects.

February 9: Gameloft is preparing the next update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, which is known as “Puppy Love”. It will be available on February 11, 2026.
In a new Realm, the update lets players meet the Lady and the Tramp from Disney’s Lady and the Tramp. There’s also a new Star Path, return of the Eggstravaganza Event, improvements, and fixes.

June 5: A Nintendo Switch 2 version of Disney Dreamlight Valley is in development, Gameloft has announced. News was just dropped on social media.
Further information was not provided. The company didn’t say what sort of improvements are planned and when this version will be available. However, the Nintendo Switch 1 version is compatible with Switch 2 and can be played in the meantime.

December 1: Gameloft has announced full details about the next Disney Dreamlight Valley update known as “The Winter Ball”. Nintendo Switch players can access it starting on December 10, 2025.
There’s a bunch of new stuff being added, including Cinderella with Friendship Quests and more. Other additions include the Winter Warmth Star Path, a DreamTeams feature, quality-of-life improvements, and more.

November 18: Disney Dreamlight Valley has announced a new update, which ties in with a new Wishblossom Ranch expansion. It goes live tomorrow, November 19.
The update brings along new content for those that pick up the DLC. However, everyone can access the Deluxe Winter Holiday Bundle, Icy Mountain River Kit and other winter-themed goods in the shop, and fixes.

September 23: Gameloft has pulled back the curtain on the next Disney Dreamlight Valley update, which is “Return to Beast’s Castle”. It will be available on October 1, 2025 for Nintendo Switch players for free.
Disney Dreamlight Valley features Lumiere and Cogsworth as new residents. Also planned is the Premium Shop “Once Upon a Dance” Dream Bundle, “Witchful Thinking” Star Path, and Haunting Floating Festivals limited-time event.

Gameloft shared the latest on Disney Dreamlight Valley today with the game set to receive a brand new Wishblossom Ranch DLC expansion.
The DLC will feature new Biomes, new friends, and a new way to explore. Players will encounter Snow White, Tinker Bell, and Maximus. There’ll also be horseback riding with full customization options.
