Eyes of the ElderWood

Forever Entertainment and Virtual Sanctuary intend to launch Eyes of the ElderWood on Nintendo Switch, they’ve announced. For the time being release timing is being kept under wraps. 

Eyes of the ElderWood is a first-person horror adventure game tied to Kashubian folklore. Players will draw spells to solve puzzles and take down enemies, or fight with a revolver.

Front Mission 3 Remake physical

Front Mission 3: Remake previously had a physical release in Japan, but now we have news on that front for the west.

Limited Run Games is handling boxed copies overseas. There’ll be both a standard version and a Classic Edition. In the Classic Edition, you’ll receive the game, a retro styled CD jewelcase, a double-sided poster, a Wanzer pin, and a booklet.

Donkey Kong Country Returns HD 1.1.0 update

Nintendo just announced a big update for Donkey Kong Country Returns HD with version 1.1.0.

There’s a lot that’s new here, including Dixie Kong and a Turbo Attack mode. Elsewhere, for Nintendo Switch 2 players, the game supports GameShare, improved resolution, and faster load times.

Cassette Boy trailer

Going along with the launch of Cassette Boy, a new launch trailer has come in. The puzzle action RPG is now available on various platforms, including Nintendo Switch.

Forever Entertainment shared the following details about the game:

September 9: Years after it was first announced, Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake has received a status update, including news about a Nintendo Switch version and first screenshots.

Forever Entertainment first shared plans about the remake way back in 2018. At the time though, we knew almost nothing – including which platforms the project would end up on.

House of the Dead Remake update 1.0.2

Forever Entertainment has issued a new update for The House of the Dead 2: Remake, bringing the game up to version 1.0.2.

A bunch of tweaks and fixes are included. Improvements are for animations, graphics, levels, and more.

The House of the Dead 2 Remake

January 10: The House of the Dead 2: Remake is officially coming to Nintendo Switch, Forever Entertainment has announced. A release is planned for Spring 2025.

The House of the Dead 2 originally released in 1998. For the remake, other than upgraded graphics, fans can look forward to a remastered music (though the original soundtrack will also be available) and more.
