Etrange Overlord

Etrange Overlord trailer

Thanks to NIS America, the launch trailer for Etrange Overlord is now available. This new action RPG comes from Sohei Niikawa, the creator of Disgaea and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.

As a reminder, here’s what to expect from the game:

Publisher NIS America has announced that a demo version of its upcoming title, Etrange Overlord, is now available ahead of the game’s launch on Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2026.

Players can experience the first couple of hours of Etrange Overlord, witnessing the fall (and rise) of the titular Étrange von Rosenburg. During the demo, you’ll meet new allies, learn about the game’s unique lane mechanic, and try out several characters as you progress through to Stage 2-4. As the developers put it, “even hell can’t stop her.”

It’s also been confirmed that all save data from the demo will carry over to the full game upon release with the day-one patch.
