Dark Scrolls

Today, Devolver Digital and Doinksoft unveiled Dark Scrolls for Nintendo Switch. It will be available later this year.

The game is being made by the same team behind Gato Roboto, Gunbrella, and Demon Throttle. This time around, we’re getting a pixel-perfect dungeon scroller that mixes shoot ’em up-like chaos with compelling roguelike progression.

Heavo Ho 2

During today’s Indie World Showcase, Heavo Ho 2 was announced for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The game launches this summer.

Heavo Ho 2 is a new entry in the party game series. On Nintendo Switch 2, GameShare will be supported, allowing one player with the game to share it locally or online with up to three other players.

New DLC is coming to Neva, dubbed “Prologue”. While it was just revealed today, we already have a release date of February 19, 2026.

In the DLC, players will learn how Alba and Neva’s fates first became intertwined. This is intended to be experienced after beating the initial game.

Announced today, Ball x Pit is receiving a physical release on Nintendo Switch. The game heads to retail on May 29, 2026.

Each copy includes some goodies. Buyers will be given six collectible cards and a double-sided poster. One side features the basic, fused, and evolved balls from the game, while the reverse side showcases a piece of artwork. Note that there isn’t any news about the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition getting the physical treatment at this time.

Ball x Pit Regal update

January 19: Devolver Digital and Kenny Sun today pulled back the curtain on the first update for Ball x Pit, titled “Regal”. It will be free to all players starting on January 26, 2026.

The update is bringing along new characters, balls, passives, and features.

Cult of the Lamb Woolhaven DLC release date

We have an update on the Cult of the Lamb Woolhaven DLC, which was previously announced for the game. Devolver Digital and Massive Monster are bringing it to Nintendo Switch on January 22, 2026.

You may remember that the Cult of the Lamb Woolhaven DLC was announced during Gamescom back in August. Last we heard, it was on track for early 2026.

Skate Story trailer

To celebrate this week’s launch, Skate Story has received a launch trailer. The skateboarding game spanning nine levels of the underworld is live on Nintendo Switch 2.

It’s been announced that Ball x Pit has sold over one million copies across all platforms, and to celebrate, free content updates are in the works. Three different drops are planned for 2026.

Forestrike release date

October 13: Today, Devolver Digital and Skeleton Crew announced the release date for Forestrike, with the game due out on November 17, 2025. We also have a new trailer.

Forestrike, an action-packed martial arts roguelite, was first announced just over a year ago. We knew it was planned for this year, and it’s now confirmed to be launching before 2025 ends.

Ball x Pit

June 6: Devolver Digital’s Nintendo Switch support continues, and today the company unveiled Ball x Pit in collaboration with developer Kenny Sun. It’ll be out later in 2025.

Ball x Pit is a base-building survival roguelite. You’ll take on hordes of enemies with ricocheting balls and gather the riches of the pit to expand your homestead, generate resources, and recruit unique heroes.
