Publishers Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Spiral Up, in association with developer Metal Head Games, have released the launch trailer for Back to the Dawn. The story-rich prison-break RPG has now appeared on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.

City Hunter Nintendo Switch physical

Today, Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Red Art Games shared details about City Hunter’s new features and physical editions ahead of its digital release next week.

The boxed versions, which will only be sold on Nintendo Switch (not Switch 2) are planned for September 17. The game’s standard release and XYZ Collector’s Editions will be available from various retailers upon release, but the limited Deluxe Edition (limited to 500 copies) will be exclusive to Red Art Games’ official online store.

Back to the Dawn demo

Starting today, Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch players can get their hands on a demo for Back to the Dawn. It can be downloaded via the Nintendo eShop.

The prison break RPG is letting fans experience the tale from the beginning of Thomas’s story through the end of the second day in prison, discovering the game’s immersive detail while getting a taste of life in the joint. Progress transfers for the full version.

Wandering Sword

Wandering Sword will be appearing on Nintendo Switch, Clouded Leopard Entertainment and The Swordman Studio announced today. Expect to see it sometime in 2026.

Wandering Sword is a 3D pixel wuxia RPG. The game previously appeared on PC, but on Nintendo’s platforms, two major DLC packs will be packed in – Mount Pack: The Supreme Steed and Immortal Trails Across the Blue Sea. There’ll also be newly recorded Japanese and Chinese voiceovers, as well as Japanese and Korean subtitles.

Clouded Leopard Entertainment has just announced the release date for Back to the Dawn, as well as a limited edition bundle. The title is set to launch for both the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on March 5, 2026.

The standard physical Nintendo Switch version will come on a cartridge, with the Switch 2 edition releasing on a game key card. The limited edition will include a physical copy of its respective platform, an exclusive acrylic diorama stand, two pins, a digital art book and soundtrack on, “Supporter Pack” DLC, and an exclusive “Original Item” DLC, all in a box with a special illustration. If you get a first print copy of either edition, you will also receive a microfiber cloth with an illustration, and a prison skin exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 versions of the game.

Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Sunsoft has just announced that they will be bringing City Hunter to modern platforms. The title will be released for the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 on February 26, 2025.

City Hunter is a 2D side scrolling action game originally released in the year 1990 exclusively for PC. It was based on the City Hunter manga that ran between 1985-1991, and its anime adaptation from 1987. The version of City Hunter coming to modern platforms is being called the “revival edition”.

Back to the Dawn

Today, Clouded Leopard Entertainment announced that it has picked up publishing duties for Back to the Dawn on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The port launches in 2026.

Originally made by Metal Head Games, Back to the Dawn is a prison break thriller RPG. This new version will feature enhanced localization across all subtitle languages, as well as the addition of brand-new Japanese and Chinese voice acting.
