Announced today, Amata Games and Noto Muteki are working together on a new Nintendo Switch 2 version of Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau. Fans can pick up the game later in 2026.

This game is not a classic Japanese horror game where you can’t fight back against the spirits. In Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau, you’re just as much of a threat as the spirits themselves!
Gameplay Mechanics
- The main gameplay consists of unarmed combat, gun shooting, and stealth action.
- There are a total of 10 stages to clear.
- The game includes plenty of story-driven cutscenes.
- Four difficulty settings are available, allowing players from beginners to advanced to enjoy the game repeatedly.
- The button configuration for game controllers can be freely changed, enabling personalized play.
- As a feature unique to the Nintendo Switch 2 version, the game now supports mouse-like pointer controls using the Joy-Con 2.
