Decollate Decoration on the way to Nintendo Switch

Kemco, in partnership with Kanekodo, has announced a Nintendo Switch version of Decollate Decoration. Fans can get their hands on it starting April 17, 2025.

Decollate Decoration is a a point-and-click, command-selection style adventure game. You’ll play as a girl who has become a ghost and you’ll nee dto fulfill her desires by speaking to her beloved “him” causing poltergeists, visiting in dreams, or even cursing.

One day, without warning, you become a ghost. You lived an honest life and committed no wrongs, so your soul should surely find peace… right? But the thought of being separated from the one you love is more terrifying than the abyss itself. If you can no longer stay by his side, then you must bring him with you before your soul passes on. Torn between love and obsession, you struggle against fate in this dark, emotional pixel-art visual novel about devotion, loss, and the desperate choices made in the afterlife.

Decollate Decoration is a pixel-style visual novel adventure with point-and-click and command selection gameplay. As a girl who has become a ghost, you must influence your beloved through conversations, poltergeist activity, dream visits, and even curses. Because he lacks spiritual awareness, direct communication is nearly impossible, requiring careful experimentation and strategic choices. The branching narrative features six different endings, with each playthrough lasting around 15 minutes. Additionally, the game features a prologue and epilogue side stories, a save function, an ending list, and unlockable bonus illustrations, encouraging replayability and full completion.
