Cambridge, Mass. – March 30th, 2012– Harmonix today announced that three tracks from Evanescence are headed to the Rock Band™ Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.
Rock Band provides the deepest and best selection of artists, songs and albums through the Rock Band music platform, which features more than 1,400 artists and more than 3,500* tracks via disc and download purchase (complete list of tracks at www.rockband.com/songs). Rock Band’s gigantic music library dwarfs that of any other rhythm video game on the market. More than 100 million songs have been sold through the Rock Band Music Store since its launch on Nov. 20, 2007.

Sakaguchi has no plans for a sequel to The Last Story

Hironobu Sakaguchi has repeated what he’s said previously regarding a sequel to The Last Story. Basically, he has no plans for a followup.
If there were to be a sequel though, Sakaguchi believes “that any direction could be possible.” As you’ll read below, Sakaguchi would even be willing to make it “a completely online game”.
“I have no plans for making a sequel at the moment, so I haven’t really thought about any ideas for such a game. If I were to make a sequel, though, I think that any direction could be possible. I feel that it might also be fun for it to be a completely online game!”

Nintendo has published the second (and possibly final) edition of the Iwata Asks: Kid Icarus: Uprising interview. Although it’s a bit shorter than most Iwata Asks, it does contain a few interesting tidbits.
For instance, did you know that Kid Icarus: Uprising was being developed on the PC and Wii? This was because Project Sora didn’t have access to 3DS development kits initially.
