Disney Dreamlight Valley Whispers of the Wind update

Disney Dreamlight Valley has shared initial details about its next update, known as “Whispers of the Wind”. It’ll be going out on April 8, 2026.

The big addition this time around is the inclusion of Pocahontas. Here’s what Gameloft has shared thus far:

As it turn out, Aliens: Fireteam Elite has been delisted from the Nintendo Switch’s eShop. The cloud title is no longer available to purchase on the console, and will become fully unplayable on August 5, 2026.

Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a cooperative third-person survival shooter set in the Aliens universe, with the only Nintendo Switch release of the game being a cloud version. Since it’s 2023 launch, many users have reported experiencing harsh latency issues as cloud gaming doesn’t mesh well with the online multiplayer focus of the game. Now less than two years after the title’s release on Nintendo Switch, it has been unceremoniously removed from the eShop.

Arc System Works has shared a launch trailer for Damon and Baby, its new top-down action-adventure shooter. This one has just come to Nintendo Switch.

News about the shutdown is confirmed by a notice on the Nintendo eShop. Bethesda intends to shut down the game’s severs on June 30, 2026. Once we reach that date, the title will be inaccessible.

Avatar Legends The Fighting Game release date

Gameplay Group provided an update on Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game today, revealing the game’s release date. It’ll be out for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch on July 2, 2026. The Nintendo Switch version had not been previously announced.

The game will be sold with a standard version and Deluxe Edition, priced at $29.99 and $49.99 respectively. Here’s what’s included in each:

Once again, it’s Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen leading the charge this week. That said, the games did have some competition with Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection launching with Capcom’s release coming in at #4. Marvel Maxmium Collection also just came out and ends up at #13.

Eyes of the ElderWood

Forever Entertainment and Virtual Sanctuary intend to launch Eyes of the ElderWood on Nintendo Switch, they’ve announced. For the time being release timing is being kept under wraps. 

Eyes of the ElderWood is a first-person horror adventure game tied to Kashubian folklore. Players will draw spells to solve puzzles and take down enemies, or fight with a revolver.

Tears Revolude

Kemco’s rollout of games continues, and the company has now announced Tears Revolude for Nintendo Switch. It’ll be out on April 10, 2026.

Tears Revolude classic command-based RPG with isometric dungeons to explore. WorldWideSoftware was in charge of development.
