Mr. Game and Watch has a reference in Super Mario Odyssey

A Reddit user named TacoBeans44 posted on the Nintendo Reddit page that there seems to be a Mr. Game and Watch reference in the latest Super Mario Odyssey trailer. The mini-games you can play in the different Kingdoms in Super Mario Odyssey have different icons that closely resembles Mr. Game & Watch. A nice little callback due to Mario’s history on the Game & Watch handhelds.

Posted on 8 years ago by Andrew in Screenshots, Switch | 6 Comments
A new piece of ARMS art was published on the official Japanese ARMS Twitter account today. This image features the new character Lola Pop in the front while Twintelle, Ribbon Girl, Min Min, and Mechanica are in the background. With the ARMS Twitter account tweeting out this image, could we be expecting to see more info on ARMS during the Nintendo Direct later today? We’ll just have to wait and see but in the meantime you can check out the new image above this post.

Fire Emblem Warriors pre-load starts for New 3DS in Japan, screenshots

It’s not entirely unexpected, but most of the coverage surrounding Fire Emblem Warriors has pertained to the Switch version. The New 3DS version hasn’t been completely forgotten though.
In Japan, the pre-load option for Fire Emblem Warriors on New 3DS has started via the eShop. The game takes up 16,811 blocks of space. In other words, that’s 2.05GB.
We also have screenshots from the New 3DS version of Fire Emblem Warriors below. This is actually one of the first times we’re seeing the game on the handheld (especially with the bottom screen), as it was only shown briefly during the original announcement earlier this year.
