June 6: As part of Sumemr Game Fest 2025, Capcom shared a Year 3 character reveal for Street Fighter 6.
Sagat is up first this summer. Then in the fall, we’ll be seeing C. Viper. Early Spring 2026 will bring us Alex. Finally, in late spring of next year, we’ll be seeing Ingrid.

Demon Castle Story has shared the news about its next release on Nintendo platforms, which is Demon Castle Story. It’ll be out for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch on April 9, 2026.
Demon Castle Story is a dungeon management simulation game. If playing on the new console, you can expect a wider display area and clearer pixel art, 4K resolution when docked, and Joy-Con 2 mouse controls.

More box office results are in for The Super Mario Galaxy, and now we have a better idea about how the film performed outside of North America.
We heard that the film had the best opening day of the year at the box office and the best opening Wednesday in April in the United States and Canada. Similar records are being broken elsewhere.

Super Rare Games has announced a new Nintendo Switch physical release for Nintendo Switch, which is the Toree & Friends Collection.
A bunch of different games are included here. The Toree 3D Platformer Collection alone has Toree 3D, Toree 2, Regina & Mac, Macbat 64 (contains unlockable game Kiwi 64), and Regina & Mac World (unlockable in-game). The package also contains Super Kiwi 64, Toree Saturn, Beeny , and Toree Panic Pack (featuring sub-games: Toree Genesis, Toree Jumble Jam 2 & Toree Missions).

March 18: New SEGA Villains DLC for Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is dropping next month, it’s been announced. The content goes live on April 3, 2026.
Players will be able to battle Majima, the mad dog of Shimano; Dr. Eggman, the evil genius from the Sonic the Hedgehog series; and Death Adder, the ruthless giant from Golden Axe.

Nullstar: Solus receives Nintendo Switch release date, new trailer

Nullstar: Solus has earned its release date on Nintendo Switch. The game is launching on April 16, 2026, indie.io and Smash Attack Aus revealed today.
Nullstar: Solus, a sci-fi drone precision platformer, was previously announced last year. It looks like the game experienced a delay as it was originally planned for 2025.

Little Nightmares 2 Enhanced Edition is set to appear on Nintendo Switch 2, Bandai Namco revealed today. The game is scheduled for a May 29, 2026 launch.
Nintendo Switch previously received Little Nightmares 2 back in 2021. For the Enhanced Edition on Nintendo Switch 2, players can look forward to improved visual effects and a higher frame rate.

Shizuku officially announced for Hunter x Hunter: Nen Impact, release date and trailer

Shizuku is officially in as a DLC character for Hunter x Hunter: Nen Impact. Bushiroad and Eighting made the announcement today, and also provided a release date of April 16, 2026.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen Impact previously released Neferpitou and Phinks via DLC. Zeno Zoldyck has also been teased, but has not yet been offficially announced.
