Boulder Dash 40th Anniversary update

A major update for ­Boulder Dash 40th Anniversary on Nintendo Switch, bringing along new content and improvements.

Fans of the original ZX Spectrum and Apple 2 versions can now play the entire game with the original graphics and sound of the classic versions. The game has also received new Modern Worlds, a new Classic World, performance fixes, and more.

  • Three new Modern Worlds, including the legendary fan-generated Firefox Levels
  • A new Classic World with levels from the Boulder Dash Construction Set
  • Original look from the ZX Spectrum and Apple II now selectable
  • A total of 320 playable caves that will delight both nostalgic players and new fans
  • Fixed performance issues on Nintendo Switch
  • Numerous UI, import, score, and workshop improvements
  • Enhanced sounds (including new effects for the Magic Wall in Classic Worlds)
  • Additional languages (Japanese and Russian)
