2D platformer Kettlebell: Inferno Hotel announced for Nintendo Switch
Valkyrie initiative abd 70′ Strike have announced their new game Kettlebell: Inferno Hotel. This title will be making its way onto Nintendo Switch with no word yet on release date.
Kettlebell: Inferno Hotel is a 2D platformer with a style inspired by 16-bit classic titles from the 90s. You’ll be traversing through levels with a kettlebell on a chain as a weapon. Swinging it will brutally beatdown enemies, and extend your jumps.
Here’s an overview of the game:
The main character, Mr. K, is an ordinary office clerk and an all-around nice guy. But fate takes a darkly comic turn: a ridiculous accident sends him not to heaven, but straight to the depths of hell. There, he finds himself at the gates of the Inferno Hotel — a bizarre place where the circles of hell have turned into floors, each with its own rules and atmosphere. Determined to set things right, Mr. K seeks an audience with the Boss to finally clear up this cosmic mistake. But chaos has erupted in the hotel: the floors are sealed off, and he must overcome every trial to reach his goal.
